Wild Camping in Cornwall

Q. I am planning an excursion in May and we hope to go '"wild camping' away from a campsite.

The areas I am particularly interested in are in The Lizard of Cornwall, perhaps near Kennack Sands and on the north coast near St Agnes or Perranporth way.

Does anyone know of any potential areas where camping is accepted (legal or allowed).

My problem is that I do not own a car so am limited to investigate the areas prior to our trip (we will have one when we go).

Thanks very much for your help

A. Wild camping is much easier to enjoy without a car, there are loads of national trust owned moors, and the coastal path is gerenaly not patroled, just the car parks. If you cant be seen from any dwelling, and you set up at dusk, you shouldnt have a problem. Be carefull of cliff falls on the coastal path and dont set up on any overhang!! =)
