Q. I am 50 this year and my present to myself is to walk the South Downs Way which I have not done for 30 years!
I am walking with 4 mates and we are all responsible(?) Police Officers.
We are debating one question, as we are planning, due to shift commitments to start walking on a Saturday morning should we:
(a) do the Seven Sisters, stop possibly at Littlington or slightly further on with a view to cracking on on Sunday
OR
(b) try to get as far as we can first day, bearing in mind that we need to be near civilisation for the essential libations!
Anyone done similar and could offer advice would be gratefully received!
