Q. I am having problems finding a pair of walking boots to fit, even with a footbed in place. My feet are extremely narrow, a AA fitting in shoes. Previously I had a pair of Koflach walking boots which I purchased in Austria over 10 years ago, but unfortunately they don't appear to manufacture them now in a narrow fitting.

A. Try a pair of Altbergs - they come in 5 width fittings and so should be able to cater for your narrow feet. My feet are fairly narrow and the middle fitting was OK for me which would leave 2 narrower ones for you to try.
