Can I copy Ordnance Survey Maps without a licence?

Q. I run a walking club and I am responsible for organising and devising 10k, 20k, and 30k walking routes around the country. The walkers who take part in the events are issued with a route description which they have to follow to complete the course. I would like to print and provide an Ordnance Survey map of the routes to give added assurance that they are following the correct trails. The number of copies for each event would be approximately 100.

Can I do this without breaching any copyright rules, or do you provide software that would suit my requirements.

A. No, you cannot copy Ordnance Survey Maps without a licence. Details of the different types of licence available and how much they currently cost are available on the Ordnance Survey website.

Hope that helps.
