Camping along the Hadrian's Wall path

Q. I am thinking about walking the wall and would rather camp up than stay in B & B's etc . . . is this possible?

I'd be walking 15+ miles a day if there are any stops along the way.

Dawn Ball, Richmond, North Yorkshire

A. See Camping along Hadrian's Wall

A. There are plenty of places that are out of sight and well hidden, just be sensible. A word of caution though, places to buy food/supplies along the way are sparse, plan your stops carefully. There are good cafe/greasy spoons at Harlow Hill and Chollerford but not much else!

Kevin Milne, Camborne
