The Three Peaks Challenge
Q. I am a 31 year old male and have a burning ambition to fulfil a challenge.
I know a few associates who have completed the 24hr three peaks challenge in Wales and Scotland, and the yorkshire 26 mile challenge.
Some were fitter than others!
I myself have given up smoking and for once feel I could achieve a challenge but would like to get some advice as I have never done anything like this before.
I am relatively fit and have persuaded a few friends to enter with me. If we could raise money for a charity all the better.
I would like to know suitable challenges times and dates and appropriate equipment required. I would appreciate any help and advice.
